After the wedding ceremony St Nicolas church Our wedding videographer made the short journey with the wedding guest by Routemaster bus to the wedding reception at Pembroke Lodge. - Situated in 11 acres of landscaped grounds, within the 2500 acres of Richmond Park in Surrey. (just to the south west of Sidmouth Wood) - Pembroke Lodge started life sometime around the early to mid 18th century, as a one roomed mole catcher's residence on King George II private hunting estate. Then later, (once the cottage grew into a much larger gamekeepers lodge) King George III gave it as a gift to Elizabeth, Countess of Pembroke. (he did build the game keeper another lodge all at great expense).
